OLIVE OIL TASTING
COURSE
This intensive course will provide a full immersion in the olive oil world, from the elaboration processes until its sampling via tasting sessions and culinary demonstrations alongside professional chefs.
The duration of the course is 31 hours divided over three days including theoretical and practical classes (samplings, tasting sessions and keynote lectures), which you can do during the World Olive Oil
Attendees will be granted a diploma accrediting them as Premium olive oil sommeliers.
